Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Relaxation for Young People

This 8-week course is aimed at 11-18 year olds and will run until March 14th on Wednesday evenings at 7.00pm. There will be a full day session on Saturday 3rd March from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
