We deliver a range of talks and workshops aimed at supporting parents and carers with issues and concerns relating to emotional health. These workshops will focus on two areas:

Who Am I

This is a six week two-hour workshop for parents and carers of young people and will support them explore their own identity and the roles they play in their relationships in life.  Each week will cover a different area and cover topics such as: self-esteem, body language, stress, meditation, assertiveness, listening skills and goal setting.

The course aims to: increase self-awareness, give you a better understanding of yourself and others, help you build more healthy relationships, make better life choices and support you to take responsibility of your own feelings.
